Supporting Schools to Meet Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs

The Outreach Team at the City of Manchester Learning Partnerships works alongside Manchester schools to help them respond effectively to the social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs of children and young people.

Our role is to provide advice, guidance and consultation to school staff, helping them develop strategies and approaches that support inclusion, engagement and positive outcomes.

Where appropriate and capacity allows, schools may also access support from our specialist SEMH Outreach Practitioners or be signposted to additional services within Manchester's wider support network.
